Welcome!
Congratulations on taking first steps toward finding a therapist. It takes tremendous courage to reach out and ask for help. Whether you are concerned about anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, grief or simply wanting to live your best life, therapy can help. Therapy is a safe place to look for solutions, develop new perspectives and to find your creative energy. As a clinical psychologist I offer an integration of theoretical perspectives so that you can find what works for you. We work together in a comfortable private setting, either in person or online. Our goals might include increasing your happiness, decreasing anxiety and depression, and change unhelpful habits. I look forward to meeting you. Set up a consult; great things are ahead!
